Introduction of the Department :
Chitrakoot, a place is known for its religious idendity since Treta yug to helf problematic people of the society. Lord Ram chandra, Hanuman ji also played role of social worker for enhancing personal capability for sloving their own problems. In current scenario people of society are suffering from different types of the problem in daily life, they need its solution through skill based education. The department of Social Work was established in 2006 with the objective of promoting social work education in Bundelkhand region and prepare professional who can contribute their skill based knowledge to solve the problems of backword area. With the aim of main streaming physically chellanged students department produced social work professional since a decade. Thus department is working to strethen the hidden capacity of students with disability by imparting quality based education.
