Introduction of the Department –
The Department of yoga was established in July 2017. It is the prestigious department of Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University, Chitrakoot. Since its inseption the department is maintaining its sustainable growth. The department is engaged in importing three year Undergraduate, two year Post Graduate, one year PG Diploma & Ph.D. Programms. The department will provide deeper insight into the curriculum of yogic science along with the therapeutic application of Yoga. Yoga is an ancient Indian system and is essentially spiritual. It has potential for both prevention of diseases and promotion of Health.
